Do you have an exclusivity clause for certain professionals?
Yes. We don’t believe in saturating the clinic with more practitioners than demand in the market. Our philosophy is that we’d rather have your schedule consistently full than to add more practitioners and have to divide the patient inflow. Select few professions have enough demand to support multiple practitioners. Please see the number and type of practitioners at the bottom of the page.
What’s included in the administration services?
• Full reception services including inbound calls, outbound calls and voicemail follow up
• Administration
• Management and ordering of products
• Client scheduling
• Billing and invoicing
• Electronic health records
• Marketing and advertising
• And anything else that is not directly helping your patients with their care. We are also open to discussing any special needs or requirements.
How much is it?
This varies for each profession. We like to personalize each partnership so that it works for both of us. We believe in compensating our practitioners more than most while ensuring the basic day to day needs of the clinic are taken care of so we can continue to provide an exceptional experience to you and your patients.
What do you get out of the partnership?

What software do you use?
We use G Suite of products, sync.com and MDHQ. We are open to working with you and your unique software needs as well as safely migrating you over to new ones. This will be different for everyone and can be something we discuss on your Discovery Call.
What sort of privacy and security measures do you take?
We take security very seriously and have completed our own PIA and are willing to sign information management agreements. We work closely with our privacy consultant BrightSquid who has staff that have previously worked at The Office Of Information Protection Commission. Approximately 1 in 3 medical clinics per year will be victim to hacks and other electronic and non-electronic exploits, and most of them have to close their doors because of it. We take every precaution possible from staff training to software selection to harden security and privacy for both patients as well as our partners. What can I expect to make?
That varies greatly based on what you do, your specific needs, and how committed you are to your success. Right now the average our practitioners make per year is $83,572 with a 30hr work week. But some are making over $380,000 per year. One of the core guiding tenets of our partnership is to aim to have your take home income be over $100,000 per year.
How long is the partnership?
6 months to start. Then afterwards, we can discuss longer terms. This way you don’t feel locked into something until you have had the opportunity to experience it.
I have my own EHR software or prefer a specific one. Are you open to working with that?
Unfortunately no. We have placed a lot of time and energy into choosing our EHR and integrating other systems in with it. Managing more than 1 would be too costly in terms of mental bandwidth for our team to handle and would reflect in their ability to support you.

What professionals are able to partner?
Right now we are only looking for Psychologist, Counselors and Naturopathic Doctors and Functional medicine Doctors.
What sort of marketing do you do?
Like everything else we do, we focus on results-driven marketing. We believe in omni-channel marketing to create wholistic strategies versus one-off tactics. In other words, all the instruments (PPC, SEO, social media, etc) need to be playing in harmony to make make a beautiful symphony (drive real economics, not just clicks).
We do this by meeting with you regularly and getting to truly understand your craft, the nuances of it and how to best speak to your ideal patients.
Bottom line is we get you more high quality patients more consistently.

Who are we?

Despite building up a healthy practice, most practitioners have no exit strategy or equity value for years of hard work. After 6 months as a partner, you will be eligible for an exclusive opportunity to own equity in the company. As Neurvana™ Health expands across Canada, and the US you can share in the growth.
Is this an employment opportunity?
No. In order to be fully compliant with the governing rules, laws, regulations, codes of conduct and bylaws of the colleges, the Health Professions Act and Personal Information Protection Act, this is a contracted opportunity where Neurvana™ Health is offering you the practitioner a management service.
How many rooms can I have?
We have no limit, however we would negotiate on this within reason and will depend on your profession and experience.
